Shipping
All orders are shipped through Swedish national postal service with tracking information. Standard shipping fee is 95sek in Sweden, 135sek ourside of Sweden. As each item is made to order please allow us to ship up to14 working days after your order. Shipping from Sweden to the U.S. usually takes between 5-17 working days. Days of delivery is unfortunately not guaranteed since international mail can be delayed for any reason.
VAT in EU
Swedish 25% VAT is NOT included to the prices. You will see taxes after the check out button. (Before payment)
Customs, Inport duties
International customers outside EU are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Makiami would like your experience of shopping at our shop to be as pleasant as possible. Cancel of your order is free before we ship your order. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us via e-mail with detail of your order and ship it back to Sweden in a new and unused condition in the original package. Refund will be processed within 30 days after we receive the item. Shipping charges for return cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issues.
Material and shapes
Our silver is nickel free! Silver is purchased from reputable and ethical suppliers in Sweden. All our items are handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the original picture in the shop.

郵送、送料について
郵送はすべてスウェーデンの郵便局から商品の追跡ができる郵便小包でお送りいたします。郵送料はチェックアウト後のフォームで追加されます。（通常郵送料 135sek。2019年6月の換算レートで約1550円）万が一在庫のない場合はご注文後の制作になるため発送まで最長14営業日いただくことがあります。お急ぎの場合は事前にメールにてお尋ねください。通常発送後、8-12営業日で商品が日本に到着しますが郵送状況により前後する事があります。
関税・消費税について（日本からご注文される方）
Makiamiのサイトにてお支払い頂く代金には、日本での関税・消費税は含まれておりませんので、予めご了承下さい。
商品のご返品について
Makiamiはお客様にご満足いただけるサービスができるよう精一杯お答えいたします。ご注文いただいた商品の発送前まではキャンセルを無料でお受けいたします。キャンセルされる場合はご注文いただいた商品の詳細をメールにてお知らせください。お手元に届いてからのご返品は商品の到着から14日以内に限り承ります。商品はお届けした状態でお届けしたパッケージに入れてご返却ください。ご購入いただいた金額はこちらに商品が到着してから３０日以内にお返しいたします。また、ご返品の際の送料、返金の際の銀行手数料に関しましてはお客様のご負担でお願いいたします。
素材について
Makiamiで使用しているシルバーはスウェーデンで正規に購入したシルバーです。スウェーデン規格のシルバーにはニッケルが含まれていないためニッケルアレルギーの方には安心してお使いいただけます。※すべての方にアレルギー症状がでないという訳ではありません。
